1. Who can subscribe
Anyone can order FrameCRM — sole traders, companies and consumers (private individuals) alike.
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason. During the free trial nothing is charged, so withdrawing then costs nothing. For a paid period, because the service runs at your request, on withdrawal you pay only for the days already used and we refund the rest — the same rule as the refund of unused days in Article 5. Simply send us your withdrawal by e-mail.
These terms summarise and supplement the Terms of Service, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. If anything differs, these terms apply to the FrameCRM Subscription.
2. Is there a free trial?
Yes — new customers get 14 days free, no payment card required. You choose a plan (Start, Business or Pro) and a billing period (monthly or yearly) at signup, and your account with full access to that plan is ready straight away.
- No card, no automatic charge. Nothing is charged during the trial and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
- Change freely. During the trial you can switch plan or billing period in Your plan & limits — free of charge.
- Reminder. 3 days before the trial ends we send you an e-mail and show a notice in the CRM (and in Telegram, if connected).
- To keep working, choose a plan and pay by card (Stripe) — any time during the trial or after it. If you pay during the trial, the card is saved and the first period is charged when the trial ends, so you don’t lose any trial days (only if fewer than 2 days remain is it charged at once). If you pay after the trial, the first period is charged at once and starts that day.
- If you don’t pay, the account is paused when the trial ends: you can only pay or download (export) all your data. Nothing is deleted while it is paused; the data of a trial that was never paid is deleted 90 days after the trial ended — export it before then if you need it.
- Not continuing? Simply don’t pay — there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged. If you have already paid during the trial, cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
- One trial per customer. An e-mail address that has already had a trial gets no further trial — the first period is then paid at signup. A card or Stripe customer already used for another trial gets no further free period: the first period is charged at once.
- The 14-day refund of unused days (Article 5) runs from the first payment.
Without signing up you can also try the free demo with sample data. Data entered into the demo is not kept and must not be real personal data.
3. Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Clients, cars and other records can be imported from Excel or CSV files with the built-in import. On request we help with the import — send us your file by e-mail.
4. Contract length and cancellation
- You choose monthly or yearly billing. The Subscription is paid in advance by card (Stripe) and renews automatically for the next period. The free trial (Article 2) needs no card and nothing is charged automatically after it — the first period is charged only once you choose a plan and pay. A year paid at once costs the price of 10 months (2 months free).
- You can cancel at any time in the CRM (Your plan / Settings → Subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal) or by e-mail.
- After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period already paid; no further payment is taken.
- Cancelling does not trigger an automatic refund — refunds follow Article 5.
5. Refunds: unused days within 14 days of a payment
Within 14 days of a payment (the first payment or a renewal) you may cancel the Subscription and ask for a refund. We then refund only the unused days of the paid period, pro rata by days. The day on which you cancel counts as used. The free trial is not a payment: the 14 days run from the first payment.
| Situation | Refund |
|---|---|
| Monthly plan (30-day period), cancelled on day 10 | 20/30 of the price |
| Yearly plan (365-day period), cancelled on day 10 | 355/365 of the price |
| Free trial not paid, or cancelled during the trial | Nothing is charged |
| Cancelled more than 14 days after the payment | No refund — the Subscription runs to the end of the paid period |
The refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe; it usually appears on your account within 5–10 days. Amounts are rounded to whole euro cents. When the unused days are refunded, the Subscription ends and access ends on that day.
Send refund requests to info@frame-webs.com. Free months from the referral programme have no cash value and are not refunded. A refund may be refused in the event of a breach of the Terms of Service; this does not limit a consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Where is my data?
The FrameCRM database and files are hosted in the European Union (Supabase, data centre in Frankfurt, Germany — AWS region eu-central-1). The application itself runs on the Cloudflare network, which serves each request from the nearest data centre; stored data stays in the EU.
Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. For the personal data of your clients we act as a processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which you accept on signup. You can export your data at any time. More in the Privacy Policy.
7. Support
Support is provided by e-mail at info@frame-webs.com. We reply within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, except Czech public holidays). On the Pro plan we reply within 1 business day (priority support). The CRM also contains a help centre with step-by-step guides.
8. Operator and governing law
The service is provided by Pavlo Okhmak, a sole trader (natural person doing business) registered in the Czech Trade Register, company ID (IČO) 29485941, registered office (place of business) Bezručova 4201, 430 03 Chomutov, Czech Republic, not a VAT payer.
The contract is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The Czech version of these terms is binding; translations are for information only.
